My card shows a different offer — which one applies?

Mail can take weeks to arrive, so your card may show an earlier month's offer — those terms have ended. October's offer is the one you can claim now: the Metlok October Upgrade Credit, 10% off your eligible roof price, up to $10,000*, when you sign your roofing agreement by October 31, 2026. On a $50,000 roof that's $5,000*; on larger roofs it's more.

How much will my credit be?

10% of your eligible Metlok roofing price, up to $10,000* per project. On a $30,000 roof that's $3,000*; on a $60,000 roof it's $6,000*; it reaches the full $10,000* on roofs of $100,000 or more. Most homeowners' credit lands below the cap — which is why we show the math up front.

What does it take to lock in the credit?

Signing your roofing agreement for a complete Metlok Lifetime Roof system between October 1 and October 31, 2026. Booking a consultation on its own doesn't secure the offer — the signed agreement does. There's no obligation to sign, and the inspection is yours to keep either way.

If I sign in October, does my roof have to go on in October?

No. The credit is tied to when you sign, not when we install. Installation is scheduled separately, and if your HOA needs to approve the roof, that approval comes first.

Is financing available?

Yes — financing is available to qualified buyers*, subject to credit requirements and satisfactory completion of finance documents. Any finance terms quoted in advance are estimates; your Metlok Design Specialist can walk you through the options.

Can I combine this with another offer, or apply it to a quote I already have?

No on both counts — the October credit isn't valid with other offers or prior purchases. One honest offer, applied once.
